Make An Appointment

Check In:
Appointments may be made by calling 704-316-2021 for our Blakeney office or 704-316-1670 for our Steelecroft office weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  You will receive a reminder of your appointment 2 days prior by phone. We ask that you cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to check in and complete any required administrative paperwork. All patients are asked to present their insurance cards and co-pay, if required, at check in.

Office Hours:
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed on weekends and on the following major holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Confirmation and Cancellation:
If you will not be able to come for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, and at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit. If you receive a confirmation phone call before your appointment, please note the information carefully.

After Hours Support:
After our office closes, we provide an after hours answering service for your urgent medical problems. Routine questions and prescription refills should be made during regular business hours. 

Co-Pay:
Our patients are responsible for their co-pay at the time of check in. The amount of your co-pay is determined by your insurance company and is usually printed on your insurance card. We accept checks, cash, Visa or Mastercard.
